Regional Business Manager

Location: Scotland

Retail and Asset Solutions are looking for a Regional Business Manager to join our Retail Stock Counting team on a full-time permanent basis based in Scotland. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of all regional targets within the retail stocktaking division.

You will be required to lead a large multi service team consisting of area management and deployment personnel with links into the recruitment and planning teams.

Job Specifics

You will be required to:

• Develop and motivate an effective regional team that will deliver an efficient, quality service to the customer
• Deliver the right number of colleagues within the region to meet the business requirements
• Drive productivity efficiency into all areas of the operation and measure effectiveness
• Ensure all operational requirements of the business to the P&L target
• Effectively lead the management team within the region, providing support and coaching line reports

Personal Specification

• Experience of leading and managing large multi skilled regional teams
• Knowledge of the retail and stocktaking industry
• Proven track record of skilled issues management
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Clear communicator to ensure full understanding of relevant KPI’s and profit delivery targets
